Like many of you, I was a gymnast, began coaching at 15, and stuck with it through my various careers. Gymnastics is a superior sport because it truly touches every sensory system and cognitive ability making those that participate exceptional humans! Additionally, I have coached in Illinois, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, and California with athletes from18 months through optionals, Special Olympics, inclusive classes, and even Public HS.
Due to my experiences and education I bring child development to the forefront of athlete learning into every aspect of my professional development training. The Best part is, we get to have FUN!
